Born with a vison to heal the sick using the tools of drugs and research, Inter Ed Faculty of Clinical Research was established in response to the need of having patient loving, patient sensitive, patient caring researchers in search of the truth of healing incurable diseases that mankind is suffering from, in the wake of India becoming a signatory to the TRIPS / GATT Agreement in 2005.
Inter Ed Faculty of Clinical Research academic program headed by Prof. Thomas A Thaniyath, MD (Clinical Pharmacology) with specializations in the field of pain medicine from Cardiff University, UK and vast clinical trial management experience with studies, published in several international publications. Currently he is part of the clinical pharmacology division of a very reputed Government University in Saudi Arabia and is designated full time Academic Director and Founder of INTERED XYNERGY UK / India.
Training topics included almost all aspects of clinical trial and its management and the core focus areas included Research Methodology, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, Project Management planning and Control, Protocol Designing, Clinical Epidemiology, Basic Sciences Research, Biostatistics and Clinical Data Management, Computer Applications, Guidelines for Publications, Medical Ethics and Compliance, ICMR, USFDA, EU, WHO, ICH GCP-GMP-GLP Guidelines, Pharmacovigilance and Applications of Biotechnology in Clinical Research, Medical writing, Research on Ayurveda and relevant medical specialities were covered in the IFCR India Training Curriculum jointly designed and developed by the international academic partners, the Industry Advisory Board and the Scientific Advisory Boards of IFCR India.
Since 2005 Inter Ed Faculty of Clinical Research followed a strict Quality Policy with stringent admission criterion for training Clinical Research Professionals by Industry experts from multi-National companies. The curriculum emphasised honesty, unbiassed attitude besides sound knowledge on basic life sciences, professional management and leadership soft skills. With their international curriculum. 60% Clinical Research, 20% Management and 20% personality development, behavioural sciences, language and communication skills formed the basis of the training.
Human behaviour in organizations, Multi National Corporate Environment, Multinational Cultural Environment, Strategic Planning, Project Management planning and control were given emphasis apart from bed side etiquettes and compassion coupled with dignity and respect for confidentiality were indoctrinated into every researcher to make them think and feel as empathy towards patients, truth and peace ambassadors for health and wellbeing.

Our training is recognized with ISO 9001:2000 Certification for quality systems implementation for the delivery of the PG Diploma in Clinical Research and Regulatory Affairs from BSI and have successfully trained and placed over 300+ candidates into the Multinational Pharma, Bio tech, medical device, vaccines, biologics companies and CROs of India and abroad.
